Once all slots are filled, we won't be able to accept any missing pet or charity campaigns until a slot becomes available. This section is exclusively for charitable initiatives and missing pet submissions; we cannot accept listings for Help Wanted ads, items for sale, craft show rentals, paid services, dating services, or psychic services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can make a difference—your commitment to collaborating with Pushpin Kiosk is essential for our success. By approving this submission, you acknowledge your understanding of and commitment to this partnership with Pushpin Kiosk.

Kiosk Rental Terms
Kiosk Rental Policy
At Pushpin Kiosk, we specialize in digital sign advertising tailored to meet your promotional needs. By entering into a minimum one-year lease, you can ensure consistent visibility while benefiting from our dedicated technical support. Please review the following important terms regarding kiosk rentals:
1. Kiosk Updates: We understand the importance of precision and timeliness in your campaign promotions. Our team is dedicated to ensuring you get the most effective sign rental service possible. With the requirement to submit updates five days before posting, we make it easy to deliver accurate content that resonates with your audience. We encourage prompt submissions, ensuring your scrolling text updates are processed within 24 hours. Remember, your message matters, and our goal is to display it flawlessly—because accuracy is key, and we cannot provide refunds for errors in submitted materials.
2. Our mission is to provide reliable, easily accessible sign rental solutions tailored to your needs. Ensuring that our kiosks are always functional is crucial, which is why we prioritize design with accessibility in mind. Our dedicated team guarantees that every kiosk is accessible for regular cleaning, necessary refills, repairs, and any hardware upgrades to keep your messaging fresh and effective.
3. Our early contract cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and flexibility. If you need to cancel your lease before the end of the term, you will only incur a 35% restocking and shipping fee based on the remaining balance of your annual payment. We prioritize transparency and are committed to supporting you throughout the process, ensuring you receive the best service possible. Refunds will be issued 21 days after the equipment has been returned.
**4. Replacement of Damaged Equipment:** Pushpin Kiosk will replace kiosks or signs that are damaged due to issues such as broken screens or faulty parts, provided that the damage is not caused by the users. The responsible parties may include customers, employees, owners, pets, family members, or helpers. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any downtime during the replacement process.
5. Tampering Policy: Tampering with the sign or kiosk is strictly prohibited. All repairs must be conducted by Pushpin Kiosk.
6. The end of an agreement can bring up questions and considerations. Our commitment to customer service extends beyond just rental; renters must contact Pushpin Kiosk when the time comes to return the kiosk or explore renewal options. We encourage our clients to reach out well in advance so we can assist them with the logistics and make the process smooth and hassle-free.

Advertising On Platform
Advertising on Pushpin's indoor network agreement:
I have reviewed and approved my campaign for display on the Pushpin Kiosk network. I am authorized to advertise on behalf of the listed business. I understand that campaigns must be submitted at least two days before the start date. Additionally, I acknowledge that Pushpin only offers advertising space on digital platforms.
The supplier (Pushpin Kiosk) guarantees that the paid running time on our network will be upheld. If power failures or maintenance exceed 72 hours, the supplier( Pushpin kiosk) will extend or refund in 14 days the lost time accordingly. We do not promise any increase in sales/new customers, or online visits. Refunds will only be issued for unused time. Once the campaign enters a new cycle, at that point, it is considered used time. The new cycle begins on the first day of your campaign and repeats every 25 days.
I understand that all campaigns accepted on the Pushpin Kiosk platform are the sole responsibility of the applicants. I agree that the invoice must be paid before the listing is sent to the network. We do not provide any personal or company information regarding your campaign. I confirm that all contact information provided is correct. Pushpin is not responsible for any misspellings, incorrect dates, pricing errors, or guarantees that are entered or emailed. I accept responsibility for any fees associated with errors in the campaign. If you choose to use all kiosks at the time of sale, your campaign will be added to the new kiosk at no additional charge. Billing will be a one-time payment due upon signing the contract agreement.
At the end of your campaign, your message will be removed from the network, and no further billing will occur. Please note that ending the campaign prematurely will forfeit the remaining time in the cycle. Campaigns must not conflict with the host’s offerings. For instance, if a kiosk’s host sells candy, related ads cannot be displayed at that location. You will not be charged for that location if you select all locations.
All campaigns can be extended from 10-second slots, but this feature will double or triple the cost. Editing campaigns will be permitted three times per campaign for annual sales only at no charge. Editing for a monthly/weekly campaign will incur a fee of $20.00.
Pushpin is a family-owned business, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate ads. Any inappropriate advertising will be disregarded. I have read and agree to these terms with a clear understanding of the contract agreement with Pushpin Kiosk.

Kiosk Host
**Becoming a Host Agreement:**
To become a host, you must meet the Pushpin standards and agree to the following conditions:
1. Pushpin covers 100% of programming and kiosk damage.
2. You must be open five days a week or more.
3. Clear floor space must be provided to display the kiosk.
4. A power outlet for the kiosk/sign is required.
5. Please give a three-month notice for the removal of the kiosk/sign.
6. Hosts must not tamper with the signs or kiosks in any way. Please note that you will need to issue a refund for any time that is missed. Additionally, tampering with the kiosk—such as unplugging it, blocking the display, or causing it to malfunction—is strictly prohibited.
7. Kiosk and sign rentals are annual, and payments are due upfront.
8. Hosts cannot give quotes or sell advertising slots unless the kiosk/sign is designated as a private display.
9. The kiosk offers a 5-day forecast
10. Only large spaces, such as food markets and laundromats, may request a digital sign.
11. Rentals will end after 12 months and will be removed if not renewed.
12. For wall-hanging signs, Pushpin will only be responsible for filling in screw holes; painting is not included.
13. The kiosk will display Pushpin advertisements unless the host has upgraded to private media.
14. Approval of the location is at our discretion and may be granted or denied without basis.
15. If the kiosk or sign is damaged, we will replace it only once before canceling the location.
16. Hosts must allow access to the kiosk/sign for updates and repairs.
17. Free service may not be available if the system is refreshing (includes Wi-Fi and wireless phone charging).
18. An offer has been made to the owner. A one-time payment will be sent after you accept the agreement. Any time lost or early removal, remaining paid time will be returned to Pushpin Kiosk.
