Advertising on our network agreement

I am authorized to advertise on behalf of the listed business. I have thoroughly reviewed and approved my campaign for display on the Pushpin Kiosk network. This campaign will not conflict with the host of the kiosk. Additionally, I acknowledge that Pushpin only provides advertising space on digital platforms. The supplier  (Pushpin Kiosk) guarantees that the paid running time on our network will be upheld. If power failures or maintenance exceed 72 hours, the supplier( Pushpin kiosk) will extend or refund in 14 days the lost time accordingly. We do not promise any increase in sales/new customers, or online visits.

Submitted information

  I understand that all campaigns accepted on the Pushpin Kiosk platform are the sole responsibility of the applicants. I agree that the invoice must be paid before the listing is sent to the network. We do not provide any personal or company information regarding your campaign. I confirm that all contact information provided is correct. Pushpin is not responsible for any misspellings, incorrect dates, pricing errors, or guarantees that are entered or emailed. I accept responsibility for any fees associated with errors in the campaign. If you choose to use all kiosks at the time of sale, your campaign will be added to the new kiosk at no additional charge. Billing will be a one-time payment due upon signing the contract agreement. I understand that campaigns must be submitted at least two days before the start date.

Refunds and early cancellations

  Please note that ending the campaign prematurely will include a 20% fee on the remaining balance. Refunds will only be issued for unused time. Once a campaign enters a new cycle, it is considered used time. The new cycle starts on the first day of your campaign and repeats every 25 days.

End of campaign

At the end of your campaign, your message will be removed from the network, and no further billing will occur. Campaigns must not conflict with the host’s offerings. For instance, if a kiosk’s host sells candy, related ads cannot be displayed at that location. You will not be charged for that location if you select all locations.

Editing and extending the campaign

All campaigns can be extended from 10-second slots, but this feature will double or triple the cost. Editing campaigns will be permitted three times per campaign for annual sales only at no charge. Editing for a monthly/weekly campaign will incur a fee of $20.00. 

Pushpin is a family-owned business, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate ads. Any inappropriate advertising will be disregarded.

Pushpin Kiosk

**Becoming a Host Agreement:**

To become a host, you must meet the Pushpin standards and agree to the following conditions:

1. Pushpin covers 100% of programming and kiosk damage.

2. You must be open five days a week or more for the free kiosk

3. Clear floor space must be provided to display the kiosk.

4. A power outlet for the kiosk/sign must be provided at no extra charge.

5. Please give a three-month notice for the removal of the kiosk/sign.

6. If the host or Pushpin Kiosk cancels early, the remaining paid time will be refunded. A notice of early cancellation must be provided at least three months in advance to the kiosk host.

7. Hosts are prohibited from tampering with the signs or kiosks. Please note that a $100 fee applies for violations. Additionally, tampering with the kiosk—such as unplugging it, blocking the display, or causing it to malfunction—is strictly prohibited.

8. To have your kiosk and sign advertisements removed, please note that full payment is required in advance.

9. Hosts are not permitted to provide quotes or sell advertising slots.

10. We want to assure you that our kiosk display will feature advertisements that do not compete with your business.

11. The free kiosk will display only outside advertisements.

12. All kiosk will conclude at the end of the term and will be removed if not renewed.

13. For wall-hanging signs, Pushpin is only responsible for filling in screw holes; painting is not included.

14. Approval of the location is at our discretion and may be granted or denied without basis.

15. If the kiosk or sign is damaged or stolen, we will replace it or remove it, leading to the cancellation of the location and contract.

16. Hosts must provide access to the kiosk or sign for necessary updates and repairs.

17. Free service might not be available when the system is refreshing, which includes Wi-Fi and wireless phone charging.

18. An agreement has been proposed to the owner. A one-time payment will be issued once you accept the contract.

19. I agree to Pushpin Kiosk selling advertising space on this kiosk unless I authorize its removal. This agreement includes a fee of $700.00 for signs and $350.00 for the kiosk each month.

Please note that Pushpin Kiosk does not assume responsibility for the content of submitted advertisements, guarantees, or information. Our platform operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all slots are filled, we won't be able to accept any missing pets or charity campaigns until a slot becomes available. This section is exclusively for charitable initiatives and missing pet submissions; we will not accept listings for Help Wanted ads, items for sale, craft shows, flea markets, rentals, paid services, dating services, or psychic services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can make a difference. Your commitment to collaborating with Pushpin Kiosk is essential for our success. By approving this submission, you acknowledge your understanding of and commitment to this partnership. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or reject campaigns at our discretion.
