Terms & Conditions
At Pushpin Kiosk, we value transparency and clarity in our relationships with our clients. These terms and conditions outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of our advertising and kiosk services. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. Please read them carefully, and reach out if you have any questions.
vertiser Terms of Service & Campaign Acknowledgment
By submitting this campaign, you, the Advertiser, explicitly agree to the following terms and operational conditions:
1. Compliance & Host Alignment
The Advertiser certifies that this campaign has been thoroughly reviewed and approved for display on the Pushpin Kiosk network. The Advertiser guarantees that the submitted creative assets and messaging do not conflict with the core business operations of the physical kiosk host location.
2. Scope of Service & Platform Limitations
The Advertiser acknowledges that Pushpin Kiosk operates solely as a digital platform distribution venue. Pushpin Kiosk makes zero warranties or guarantees—express or implied—regarding traffic conversion, sales growth, new customer acquisition, or digital click-through metrics resulting from this placement.
3. Network Runtime Guarantee & Service Interruptions
Pushpin Kiosk guarantees that the purchased campaign runtime will be executed across the designated network hardware. In the event of localized power failures, network outages, or hardware maintenance exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours, the platform reserves the right to either:
-
Extend the total campaign duration at an alternative network kiosk location, or
-
Issue a pro-rated refund for the documented lost broadcast time within fourteen (14) business days.
Advertiser Submission Agreement & Financial Terms
By finalizing this submission, the Applicant explicitly accepts the following operational, accuracy, and billing frameworks:
1. Accuracy & Creative Responsibility
All campaigns accepted by the network are the sole legal responsibility of the Applicant. The Applicant certifies that all submitted contact information is current and factually accurate. Pushpin Kiosk assumes zero liability for text misspellings, incorrect operational dates, pricing mistakes, processing transaction issues, or unverified claims entered by the Applicant or transmitted via email. The Applicant assumes full financial responsibility for any corrective system fees associated with fixing deployment errors in their submitted media.
2. Privacy Protection & Data Isolation
To protect network confidentiality, Pushpin Kiosk enforces a strict privacy firewall. The network will not release or distribute any personal, tracking, or proprietary corporate data regarding your campaign metrics or account history to external third parties.
3. Billing Cycles & Networks Deployment
-
Pre-Paid Activation: Invoices must be settled via a one-time payment immediately upon contract execution. No listing will be pushed to the live broadcast queue until full payment is cleared.
-
Full-Network Expansion Bonus: If a campaign is running across all existing kiosk installations at the time a new physical hardware kiosk is deployed, your campaign will automatically scale to the new hardware unit at no additional charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
-
Submission Deadlines: Completed creative materials and schedule requests must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your requested campaign start date to allow for proper department screening and system caching.
Cancellation, Termination, & Refund Policy
1. Early Campaign Termination Fees
Advertisers may request early termination of an active campaign at any time. Upon formal approval of an early cancellation request, a 20% administrative fee will be calculated and deducted from the remaining, unexecuted campaign balance prior to processing any credit.
2. Pro-Rated Refund Thresholds
Refunds are issued exclusively for completely unused campaign time blocks. Placements operate on a strict, fixed 30-day cycle framework. Once a campaign enters a new billing cycle, that entire 30-day block is contractually considered used and non-refundable.
3. Cycle Definition & Billing Schedules
A billing cycle initiates on the first active broadcast day of your campaign across the kiosk network and automatically resets every 30 days thereafter. Leftover balances from an active, ongoing cycle cannot be recovered or refunded retroactively.
Expiration Date for Campaign
At the end of your campaign, your message will be removed from the network, and no further billing will occur. Campaigns must not conflict with the host’s offerings. For instance, if a kiosk’s host sells candy, related ads cannot be displayed at that location. You will not be charged for that location if you select all locations.
Editing and extending the campaign
All campaigns can be extended from 10-second slots, but this feature will double or triple the cost. Editing campaigns will be permitted 3 times per campaign, for annual sales only, at no charge. Editing for a monthly/weekly campaign will incur a fee of $20.00.

Missing Pet & Charity Campaign Agreement
By finalizing this submission, the Applicant explicitly accepts the following operational, category, and billing frameworks:
1. Approved Categories & Content Restrictions
This submission queue is strictly reserved for verified non-profit charitable initiatives and community missing pet alerts. -
Paid Extension Threshold: Any deployment extension beyond the initial 21-day window is subject to standard commercial ad rates.
4. Discretionary Rights & User Acknowledgment
Pushpin Kiosk reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, pause, or terminate any campaign at our sole operational discretion. Checking the box below certifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these network guidelines.
Content Standards & Zero-Tolerance Policy
As a family-owned organization, Pushpin Kiosk maintains an ironclad, zero-tolerance policy regarding unvetted, offensive, or non-compliant media across our physical out-of-home network.
-
Prohibited Material: We strictly ban the submission of any creative assets containing explicit language, adult content, graphic violence, predatory promotions, or unverified claims.
-
Absolute Rejection Rights: Submissions that violate these core safety standards will be immediately rejected, terminated, and permanently deleted from our ingestion system without review.
-
Compliance Focus: All media must strictly align with our approved community framework, serving official, department-related business or civic updates.
